Has antioxidant, antimicrobial, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic and antipyretic properties.  Yellow dock stimulates bile production, aiding in the digestion of fat, and stimulates bowel movement to clear the digestive track. Yellow dock has been used in traditional medicine as a blood purifier and gallbladder cleanser and to clean the lymphatic system.
